The Lore Blueprint is run by Laurel & Lore, LLC ("we", "us"). This page explains what we collect, why, who helps us process it, and how to have it deleted.
What we collect
- Birth details: name, birth date, birth time (if you give it) and birth city, for you and, on a Partners blueprint, your partner.
- Your answers about your business, whether you type them or speak them. Voice is turned into text by your own browser; we receive the text, not a recording.
- Your email address, to send your report links and receipts.
- Your coach conversations, so the coach remembers what you've talked about.
- Payment details are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Why we use it
Only to calculate your charts, write your blueprint, run your coach, take payment, and contact you about your purchase. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who helps us
These services process your information on our behalf, only to provide The Lore Blueprint:
- Stripe: payments and subscriptions.
- Supabase: our database, where orders, reports and coach conversations are stored.
- Vercel: hosts the website.
- Anthropic (Claude): the AI that sorts your answers, writes your blueprint and powers the coach.
- A chart-calculation service: receives your birth date, time and place to calculate your charts.
- An email service: sends your report links and receipts.
Your private links
Your report, coach and account pages are reached through private links. Anyone with a link can open that page, so keep your links to yourself, the way you would a password.
Browser storage
The intake form saves your progress in your own browser so you don't lose it if you close the page. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your blueprint and coach history while your account is in use so you can come back to them. Email us and we'll delete everything, usually within 7 days. Payment records are kept by Stripe as the law requires.
