Blueprints and the workbook
If your blueprint doesn't arrive, doesn't work, or you're simply not happy with it, email info@loreblueprint.com within 7 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. Tell us the email you used to buy. No forms, no hoops.
If something goes wrong while your report is being written, we'll fix it or rewrite it for free first, if you'd like that instead.
The coach subscription
Your first 30 days with the coach are free with every blueprint, and nothing is charged automatically when they end. If you choose to subscribe ($19 a month), you can cancel any time from your account page. When you cancel, you keep the coach until the end of the month you've already paid for and you won't be charged again. We don't refund part-months, but if you were charged by mistake or forgot to cancel, email us within 7 days of the charge and we'll make it right.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. They usually show up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
